Σύμφωνα με την απόφαση (3/14-3-2017, ΑΔΑ: 750ΛΟΡ9Τ-93Ι) του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου του Ενιαίου Φορέα Ελέγχου Τροφίμων (Ε.Φ.Ε.Τ.) αποφασίστηκε α) η αξιοποίηση του εκπαιδευτικού υλικού και οδηγού ευαισθητοποίησης ως ελάχιστο περιεχόμενο, για την υλοποίηση προγραμμάτων εκπαίδευσης και κατάρτισης των χειριστών τροφίμων σε χώρους μαζικής εστίασης, νοσοκομεία, γηροκομεία και θεραπευτήρια χρόνιων νοσημάτων σε θέματα Υγιεινής και Ασφάλειας τροφίμων Επιπέδου-1 και β) η έγκριση καθορισμού του εκπαιδευτικού υλικού και οδηγού ευαισθητοποίησης εργαζομένων που έχει παραχθεί ως ελάχιστο περιεχόμενο, για την υλοποίηση προγραμμάτων εκπαίδευσης και κατάρτισης των χειριστών τροφίμων σε χώρους μαζικής εστίασης, νοσοκομεία, γηροκομεία και θεραπευτήρια χρόνιων νοσημάτων σε θέματα Υγιεινής και Ασφάλειας τροφίμων Επιπέδου-1.
